BRAC Bank regularly informs its customers to strictly maintain the confidentiality of card information and password for the safety and security of online and card-based transactions.
In a series of awareness communications, BRAC Bank has disseminated safety and security tips for transactions through debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, e-commerce, app and ATMs etc.
The customers are requested not to share internet banking user ID, password, one-time password (OTP), debit/credit card number, PIN, CVV, or card expiry date with anyone.
