Bangladeshi digital entertainment platform Bongo has won the CJFB Performance Award.
CJFB Performance Award is a Bangladeshi film and music award formed by the Cultural Journalists' Forum of Bangladesh.
The recently held event was the 19th edition of hosting this ceremony to recognise the emerging talents along with the trail blazers of the industry.
Bongo manages the YouTube channel of Tawhid Afridi who wins the ‘Best YouTuber’ award too.
“This is a testament to the work Bongo is doing to build the video streaming ecosystem in Bangladesh. Bongo has been building the video streaming ecosystem over the last 6 years, in terms of technology, infrastructure and content including copyright development and management of content,” said Fayaz Taher, Chief Operating Officer at Bongo.
