A Biman plane, BG-060 - Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, skidded off the runway due to bad weather in Yangon International Airport at 6.22pm on Wednesday.
Shakil Miraj, General Manager of Biman Bangladesh Airlines confirmed this to Bangladesh Post.Sources with Bangladesh High Commission in Myanmar said, at least 15 persons including a pilot were injured in the incident. All of them were taken to nearby hospital for treatment. The aircraft was carrying 29 passengers including one child, 2 pilots and 2 cabin crews.
