Dr. Iqbal tells Premier Bank junior officers

The Premier Bank Limited arranged an orientation programme for the newly-recruited probationary officers and trainee junior officers (cash).

Freedom Fighter Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal, Chairman of the bank inaugurated the programme as the chief guest. Advisor of the bank Muhammed Ali and Managing Director & CEO M. Reazul Karim were also present as special guests at the welcoming session. 

Among others, AMD Md. Abdul Jabber Chowdhury, AMD Golam Awlia, DMD and Head of GSD Syed Nowsher Ali; DMD & Chief Human Resources Officer Md. Nazimuddoula, and Head of LTDC Sadia Mobin Hannan were also present in the occasion, said a press release.

At his welcoming speech, Dr. H.B.M. Iqbal said, “Todays social context has changed the age-old career preference. As a well-paid and noble profession, banking is the most demanding job for the fresh graduates”. 

He also added, “A knowledgeable, confident and visionary person can make difference in personal and professional life.” He requested the officers not to go for any shortcut way, rather to achieve success through honesty, and dedication to work.

The Premier Bank Limited recruited 130 probationary officers and 96 trainee junior officers (cash) this year through a full proof recruitment process. The recruitment process was open to the fresh graduates having masters or bachelor degree with honors in any discipline from any university in the country.
