Salman F Rahman, MP from Dhaka-1 constituency and Prime Minister’s adviser on private industry and investment affairs, said that we achieved independent Bangladesh under the leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
He said these while speaking as the chief guest at the Golden Jubilee function of Agla Choukighata Jonomangal School at Nawabganj in Dhaka on Saturday.
Salman F Rahman said that Bangabandhu gave us independence and his daughter gave us the development. He also said that Bangladesh is now well known across the world for outstanding achievement in the cricket.
President of school managing committee Freedom Fighter Masud Khan Mojlish presided over the function, while it was addressed, among others, by Nawabganj UNO HM Salauddin Manju, Dohar UNO Alamgir Hossain, Nawabganj UNO Nasir Uddin Ahmed Jilu, and businessman Babu Narain Chandra.
