ATM Akramul Haque promoted to the position of general manager of Sonali Bank Limited. Prior to this, Akramul Haque served as deputy general manager of Government Accounts and Services Division in Head Office.
He joined Sonali Bank as senior officer on probation in 1983 after completing his masters’ degree in Zoology from the University of Rajshahi. He served as branch manager in different branches, head of the bank’s different Principal Offices and divisions of head office during his long banking career with his skills and sincerity.
He was born in respected Muslim family in a village of Fulbari Upazila under Dinajpur district in 1960. He is blessed with a son and a daughter.
