Applicant can pay e-mutation fee online

The applicant can now get quick response (QR) code based 'Duplicate Carbon Receipt (DCR)' online by paying the required fee in e-mutation or e-namjari.

This DCR is equivalent to the DCR issued by manual method or printed from BG Press and it will be legally valid and universally acceptable, said in a circular issued by the Ministry of Land Tuesday.

According to the circular, the applicant will have to pay Taka 20 for court fee in the e-mutation application online process firstly.

Later, he or she will have to pay Taka 50 for notice issuance fee in that process.

 After paying a total of Taka 70 in the aforesaid process online, the applicant will have to deposit Taka 1,100 online.

Of the Taka 1,100, Taka 1,000 for record correction or update fee after  namjari approval while Taka 100 for distribution of mutation ledger or 

Namjari Khatian per copy.
