Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Party (VDP), Gaibandha has been conducting a programme to check dengue fever in Gaibandha district through various activities for one year.
On Saturday morning, the members of Bangladesh ansar and VDP here conducted a cleanliness drive at ansar and VDP training centre in Dhanghara area and brought out an awareness rally from there with the theme ‘Prevention is better than cure’.
District commandant of Ansar and VDP Aftekharul Islam participated in the drive and led the rally as the chief guest and assistant district commandant of Ansar and VDP Towhiduzzaman took part in the activities as the special guest.
A large number of members of Ansar and VDP attended the programmes.
