ACC files case against 7 including ex-civil surgeon

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Monday filed a case against seven persons including former Civil Surgeon (CS) for allegedly misappropriating around Taka 9.15 crore while purchasing instruments in 2012, reports BSS. 

ACC Deputy Director Lutful Kabir Chandhon filed the case against seven persons including former CS Dr Sarfaraj Khan Babul on charge of misappropriating 9.15 crore Taka in purchasing instruments.

This was disclosed by deputy director of ACC Chattogram-1 Lutful Kabir Chandhon while talking to journalists this morning. The accused are former CS Dr Sarfaraj Khan Babul, Dr Abdur Rouf, Dr Mainuddin and Dr Bijon Kumar Das and three machineries suppliers Jaher Uddin, Munshi Faruk Hossain and Aftaf Ahmed.
