A 5-day long Indian Food Festival is starting at Cafe Bazaar Restaurant of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital from next Saturday.
During the festival, there will be a unique array of delicious Indian cuisines for food lovers.
Managing Director of Hotels International Ltd. (HILL) Dr. Md. Aminur Rahman and General Manager of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Robin James Edwards highlighted the various aspects of the food festival in a press briefing held at the hotel on Thursday.
First Secretary (Head of Chancery and Political) of the Indian High Commission in Dhaka Saloni Sahai will inaugurate the Indian Food Festival.
The food festival will remain open from 6.30- 10.30 everyday from October 1 to till October 5. Guests besides being indulged in sumptuous Indian delicacies will be able to enjoy live music performance by popular artistes.
The food menu will include various items like Punjabi Chawa Masala, Fish Tikka Amritra, Nag Puri Saji Mutton, Dahi Lasoni Chicken, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Chicken Banjara Kebab, Gujarati Dau Masala, Aloo Methi Masala, Paneer Makhani, Dosa.
Experienced chefs Zaheer Khan, Zahirul Islam and Govind Karati will prepare these items for the guests. Another attraction of the festival is the attractive raffle draw for the guests.
