A total of 2,832 patients were admitted to different hospitals across the country during the last 24 hours, said a government statement, reports BSS.
Of them, 818 were admitted to public hospitals, 466 to private hospitals and clinics and 1,064 were admitted to different hospitals outside Dhaka, said the statement quoting the emergency and operation centre and the control room under the Director General of Health Services.
At present, a total of 7,968 patients are now undergoing treatment at different hospitals across the country. A total of 23 people died and 21,921 returned home from hospital since January last.
