Avengers 4’ has a new addition in their star cast. ‘13 Reasons Why’ star Katherine Langford has been cast in the upcoming Marvel film. While nothing has been revealed about her character yet, it has been confirmed that the actor has already filmed her part in the movie.
Katherine’s breakout role was Netflix’s ‘13 Reasons Why’ wherein she played the role of Hannah Baker, a high school student who had left behind tapes documenting incidents that prompted her to take her own life. Katherine had received wide acclaim for her portrayal of the troubled character and had even received a Golden Globe nomination for the same. She was seen in Season 2 of the show as well, but will not be returning for Season 3.
Katherine will also be seen in Netflix’s ‘Cursed’, which has been created by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler, the duo responsible for creating Sin City. ‘Cursed’ is a fresh take on the legend of King Arthur and its primary plot revolves around Nimue, who is a “teenage heroine with a mysterious gift who is destined to become the powerful (and tragic) Lady of the Lake.” ‘Avengers 4’ will hit screens on May 3, 2019.
