Mahbub ul Alam, managing director and CEO of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, is inaugurating the Premier pavilion of Islami Bank at the Dhaka International Trade Fair 2019 as the chief guest on Wednesday. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, deputy managing director, M. Zubayer Azam Helali, senior vice president, Nazrul Islam, senior assistant vice president of the bank were present on the occasion.

Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, deputy managing director of the bank was present at the programme as special guest. M. Zubayer Azam Helali, senior vice president, Nazrul Islam, senior assistant vice president, bank officials, visitors and journalists were present on the occasion, said a press release.
In his speech as the chief guest, Md. Mahbub ul Alam said the development trend of the country under the present government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been reflected in the trade fair. He expressed optimism about the overall economic development of the country especially in the banking sector.
He said, Islami Bank participates at the trade fair every year. This year, the investment activities of the bank has been exhibited in IBBL pavilion including investment in industrialisation, garments, rural development, housing, transport, agriculture and agro-based industries with more importance. Besides, aesthetic miniatures of foreign trade, technological banking, agent banking, healthcare, education and CSR activities have been attracting visitors inside and outside of the pavilion, he added.
Opening of IBBL account, withdrawal of money from ATM booth, deposit through deposit machine and banking information are available at the pavilion. The Islami Bank pavilion no. 33 at the DITF has been decorated with attractive architectural design.
