The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published today.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will formally announce the results at a press conference at his office at around 12:30 pm.
Earlier at around 10:00am, he will ceremonially hand over a copy of the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her official residence Ganabhaban in the capital.
The examinees will get their results from the respective centres, websites of their respective education boards and through short message service (SMS) after 2:00pm, said ministry officials. This year, HSC and its equivalent examinations began on April 2 and ended on May 23.
A total of 13, 11, 457 students participated in this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations.
