A special exhibition marking the 71th birth anniversary of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina concluded at the National Museum in the capital on Sunday.
A total of 71th portraits of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 101 traditional tapestries of Jamalpur were displayed at the exhibition, reports BSS.
Hasumonir Pathshala, a library and research-oriented socio-cultural institution, along with Bangladesh National Museum organised the event marking the 71th birth anniversary of the premier.
Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader was present at the programme as the chief guest.
DU Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Samad, Artist Professor Jamal Ahmed and Bangladesh National Museum Director General Md. Muksodur Rahman Patwary were present at the function as the special guests.
Eminent artists of the country painted 71 portraits of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina marking her 71st birth anniversary.
