Daffodil International University (DIU) will observe Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2018 through a week-long programme from November 12, 2018.
Project Director of A2i Project of Prime Minister’s Office will inaugurate the week-long programme as the chief guest, said a press release.
To uphold the details of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2018 towards the journalists a “Meet the Press” was hold on DIU premises on Tuesday.

briefed about the details of the programme.
Munir Hassan, general secretary, Bangladesh Open Source Network (bdosn), Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju, director of Students’ Affairs, Abu Taher Khan, director (CDC), Mohammad Shibli Shahriar, associate professor and head, Department of Entrepreneurship spoke.
Munir Hassan said that Global Entrepreneurship Week 2017 will be celebrated in 170 countries around the world. In Bangladesh this week will be observed at Daffodil International University as the university has been working lot from the very beginning to create entrepreneurs among their students, he added. He also said, it requires collective efforts of old entrepreneurs, political leaders as well as government cooperation to create news entrepreneurs.
