A community center is a link between social development and social activities; Promotion of public service by providing social programmes, cultural and religious programmes, recreational and social welfare.
Project officials concerned said, “The community center will provide quality community services at affordable costs. It will promote public service by providing social programmes, social welfare and social communication, at the ward level in Dhaka”.
