Leaders of BNP-led Jatiya Oikyafront are instigating their activists to push the country into a civil war like situation.
“Oikyafront leaders’ belligerent statements are now provoking their activists. They are instigating a civil war by calling their activists to guard the polling centres,” he said on Thursday morning.
Quader, also road transport and bridges minister came up with this remark while talking to journalists after a seminar held at hotel Radisson Blu in the city.

“There is no value of Dr Kamal and his other partners to BNP. BNP is now using them to serve its purpose. And everything is being controlled from London,” he said.
He said if 400 to 500 BNP activists take position at each polling centre during the voting day, a civil war like situation may take shape.
“If the leaders and works of Awami League also take position what will be the consequences? Will not be a situation like a civil war then?” he posed a question.
