At Shahid Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi, Anamul and Nafees for Prime Bank South Zone built up a strong partnership from what they left yesterday. Anam eventually earned a ton, while Nafees was out before ninty. But other batsmen were not successful and neither were Islami Bank East Zone bowlers. The best spell came from Afif.
On the other match, BCB North Zone and Walton Central Zone both proved themselves to be tough contenders at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra. North Zone was chasing 284 runs. Sunzamul, Jahurul and Farhad were the strongest batsmen for North, but all of them were out before a ton.
The rest of the batsmen were distressed mainly by Abu Hider, who took six. North Lost nine wickets, but the last partnership could not be broken by Central Zone before the end of the last day.
