Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited inaugurated its 61st branch namely ‘Lohagara Branch” in Narail on Thursday.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Dr. Engr. Rashid Ahmed Chowdhury inaugurated the branch as the chief guest. Zafar Alam, managing director (Current charge) of the bank presided over the programme.
Among others, Fayzul Amir Litu, upazila chairman; M Shariful Alam, president of Business Forum and freedom fighter Mofizul Haque, Tapos Kumar Paul, manager of the branch, high officials of the bank, were present at the programme, said a press release.
Dr. Engineer Rashid Ahmed Chowdhury has expressed the expectations that Lohagara is an industrial area at Narail and Lohagara Branch of the bank will win the minds of the customers by providing services at the earliest time. He also expressed the intention to expedite the service of BCBL at every region of the country and hoped that this new branch will play an appropriate role in making the economy more vigorous with the latest banking facilities.
Zafar Alam assured that the branch would provide all types of banking services to the customers of this area. He directed all staff including branch manager to ensure the highest quality service to the clients.
