Keeping up with the tradition, Pan Pacific Sonargaon had adorned its halls and restaurants with colourful decorations spreading Christmas joy and festivity to the people of all ages. The five-star hotel had arranged for several dining and entertaining events starting from the eve of Christmas till before the clock strikes 12 after 25 December.
The festivities began with a choir singing Christmas carol to their hearts content. Every year keeping in touch with tradition, the Terracotta is decorated which is an additional attraction. This year, however, the hotel had taken a different approach. Café Bazar, the hotel’s restaurant, had a special Christmas Eve dinner buffet with special Christmas treats alongside the regular continental cuisine.
On the morning of Christmas day, a special Christmas choir sung Christmas carol, along with several of their traditional songs in different phases. A special Christmas party with a Christmas Poolside Carnival for kids was arranged from 10am till 5pm which included a Nagordolla ride, a bouncing castle and various other attractions. The carnival also included a stage hosting Magic Show by the renowned magician Ali Raj conducted in three sessions half-an-hour each, kids fashion show, dance performances and a puppet show. The events have been arranged in such a way so that everyone could get the vibe and enjoy the cheerful Christmas festivities.
For Christmas, Café Bazar included a special meal, a buffet lunch and buffet dinner, at BDT 4,000 per person all inclusive. Similar to Christmas Eve, the special day meal also included continental cuisine alongside some Christmas special items.
In addition to the festivities and spreading the love and happiness among their customers and clients, for Dhakaites, the hotel is giving a special Bangladeshi package of BDT 10,000 a night for two persons, which includes a complimentary buffet breakfast, which will continue till the last day of December.
