Students of the communication and journalism disciplines of almost all public and private universities in Bangladesh participated in this four-day event. At the same time, employees of various media houses also participated.

There are different groups that submit their plans. The winners will be allocated a maximum of five thousand dollars to implement the plan. It accepted the plan submitted by the team of the MCJ department of Comilla University. They will start implementing their plan, called Truefy.

In this regard, the member of the team, Faisal Sajib, said, "It is a matter of pride and joy for us at the same time. Besides, the rate at which rumors are spreading is due to the lack of media literacy among the common people.  The purpose of our project is to create a community of people who can understand and verify what is true and what is false. As a result, it will be possible to avoid various accidents caused by rumors."
